1:1 School Nurse

Soliant is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a school-based, 1:1 nursing position in Minnesota for the remainder of the 2026–2027 school year. This is a great opportunity to provide individualized nursing care and support a student in a transition/young adult program while collaborating with classroom staff and the student's family.

Position Details:

•  8:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday, including bus transportation time
• 1:1 nursing care for a student in the Transition/Young Adult Program (ages 18–22)
• Administer medications and maintain accurate nursing documentation
• Monitor the student's pain levels and respiratory status
• Assist with toileting and daily personal care
• Provide continuous 1:1 nursing care and clinical monitoring throughout the school day, during community outings, and while riding the bus
• Maintain daily nursing logs and documentation

Requirements:

• Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Ability to provide 1:1 nursing support during school activities, community outings, and bus transportation
• Participation in in-home training with the student's parent or caregiver in before the start date
• School-based experience preferred, but not required
