School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) | Bloomfield, New York

Desired Qualifications:

• Current, active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
• Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to respond effectively and efficiently in emergency situations

Key Duties:

• Deliver health services and support during regular school hours
• Assess, document, and manage student health needs
• Conduct screenings and promote preventive healthcare
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs)
• Serve as a resource to staff on health and safety-related matters
