Qualifications and Experience:
- Active RN license in Indiana (or eligibility for reciprocity)
- Previous nursing experience in a school, pediatric, or community health setting preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care and first aid to students and staff with professionalism and compassion
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized health plans for students with chronic conditions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records per state and federal guidelines
- Educate students and staff on health and wellness topics, including communicable disease prevention
- Administer medications and monitor for potential side effects or adverse reactions
