School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) | Boston, Massachusetts

A full-time registered nurse is needed to provide dedicated school nursing services for PreK-8 grade levels in the Boston, MA area. This contract position requires onsite presence at various school campuses within the district, offering comprehensive health coverage during the school day.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care and health assessments to students across multiple campuses.
• Manage student health records and medication administration.
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to support student health needs.
• Respond to health emergencies and provide first aid treatment.
• Maintain compliance with Massachusetts school nursing and public health regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN or RN license issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Experience in school nursing or pediatric care preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel and commute to different school locations.
• Completion of fingerprinting and CORI background checks.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism when interacting with students and staff.

Job Details:

• Location: Lawrence, MA (within Boston area, onsite only)
• Contract duration: Start ASAP through June 18, 2026
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 40 hours per week
