A dedicated registered nurse is needed to provide one-on-one pediatric care within a school setting in Boston, MA. This contract position involves working closely with students across multiple grade levels, including 1st through 5th grades and 9th and 10th grades, delivering personalized nursing support to meet individual health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 nursing care to pediatric students requiring specialized health support.
• Monitor and manage medical conditions, including medication administration and emergency care.
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized health plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely health records and documentation.
• Support students' health while fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school or educational settings.
• Proven ability to deliver one-on-one care tailored to individual student needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of school health policies and protocols.
