10th Grade 2nd Grade School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) - Boston, Massachusetts

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts
• Prior experience providing 1:1 care, especially in a school or pediatric setting
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to respond quickly and compassionately to student health needs
• Flexibility working with students in different grade levels (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 9th, and 10th grade)
• Professionalism, empathy, and adaptability to changing situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized nursing care to students as assigned
• Administer medications, monitor chronic health concerns, and provide emergency care if needed
• Support students with daily health routines, addressing physical and emotional well-being
• Communicate with teachers, parents, and school staff to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with state and school health policies
• Contribute to a positive, nurturing environment for all students
