Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nevada
• Previous experience working as an RN, ideally in a school setting
• Understanding of pediatric and adolescent health needs
• Ability to respond efficiently to health emergencies and administer first aid
• Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to coordinate care plans

Your Role:

• Deliver routine and emergency healthcare services to students and school staff
• Administer medications and manage chronic condition care plans
• Conduct health screenings, assessments, and maintain accurate health records
• Identify communicable diseases, follow up on absences due to illness, and implement infection control measures
• Advocate for student health by providing wellness education and resources
• Work closely with faculty and interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to student care
