School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) - Brighton, Michigan

This contract opportunity is ideal for a Registered Nurse who enjoys working with students and collaborating with educational teams. Starting as soon as possible and continuing until the end of the school year, you'll enjoy a flexible schedule of 25–30 hours per week.

Your primary responsibilities will include partnering with the district RN to deliver essential nursing services throughout the district. You'll play a pivotal role in student care, promoting health and safety, and supporting staff through training and guidance.

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Michigan
• Previous nursing experience (school-based experience preferred but not required)
• Confidence in managing emergency student health needs
• Familiarity with developing individualized student health plans
• Effective communication skills for training staff and working with students, families, and colleagues
• Ability to educate others on CPR, First Aid, seizure management, and other health protocols
