Preferred Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Massachusetts
• Previous experience working in a school or pediatric/teen setting preferred
• Strong assessment, first aid, and triage skills
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, families, and staff
• Solid organizational abilities and confidentiality awareness
• Capacity to respond calmly and efficiently to urgent health situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide routine and emergency health care for high school students
• Maintain health records and document care according to school policies
• Administer medication and manage chronic health conditions per physician orders
• Conduct health screenings and track student immunizations
• Serve as a resource for health education and wellness initiatives
• Liaise with families, community providers, and district staff as needed
