School Registered Nurse | Brockton, Massachusetts

We're seeking LPNs or RNs to provide individualized 1:1 care during the 2026/27 school year—with opportunities extending into summer school 2027. What We're Looking For:

• Active and unrestricted Massachusetts LPN or RN license
• Previous experience in school nursing, pediatric, or community healthcare settings
• Proven ability to support students with diverse healthcare needs
• Willingness to accompany students on van rides and ensure safe transport
• Reliable availability for a full-time schedule (Monday through Friday)
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Compassion, patience, and adaptability in changing circumstances

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 nursing care to assigned student(s) throughout the school day, including medical procedures as needed
• Monitor and record vital signs, manage medications, and provide support for chronic conditions or emergencies
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate a positive learning experience
• Participate in student transportation, ensuring safety during van rides
• Maintain accurate healthcare documentation in compliance with regulations
• Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for all students
