School Registered Nurse (RN) in Buffalo, MN

Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current RN or LPN/LVN license in good standing
• Experience working in school or pediatric settings highly valued
• Proficiency with tube feeding, oxygen monitoring and management
• Skilled in medication administration
• Confident in the use of Hoyer lifts and standers; training on student-specific equipment will be provided
• Prior homecare experience is a plus, but not a requirement
• Reliability and a nurturing, student-centered mindset

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide constant 1:1 nursing support to a student during their school commute from Buffalo to Monticello Middle School and while on campus
• Ensure careful monitoring and management of medical needs, including respiratory support and tube feeding
• Administer prescribed medications as directed
• Support student mobility and transfers with assistive devices
• Collaborate with families, transportation staff, and educational teams for seamless care
• Maintain accurate documentation of interventions, observations, and communication

Additional Opportunity:
