Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active RN license in Minnesota
• Experience in pediatric or school nursing, especially providing 1:1 care
• Confidence in supporting students across elementary and high school grades
• Exceptional observation, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Compassionate, patient, and able to quickly build rapport with children and school staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver dedicated one-on-one nursing care for assigned students during school hours
• Monitor health conditions, administer medications, document observations, and perform necessary interventions as required by the individual care plan
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure seamless communication and support
• Educate students on basic health and wellness when appropriate
• Respond to medical emergencies calmly and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant policies and regulations
