1:1 Care 1st Grade School Registered Nurse (RN) in Burnsville, MN

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current RN license in Minnesota (or compact state eligibility)
• Recent experience with pediatric or school-based nursing preferred
• Skilled in providing compassionate 1:1 care to children and adolescents
• Strong communication abilities to coordinate with educators, families, and healthcare providers
• Capability to respond calmly and quickly in emergency situations
• Commitment to maintaining medical documentation and following school protocols

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 nursing support for assigned students, ensuring safety and well-being throughout the school day
• Administer medications, manage chronic health conditions, and respond to medical needs as required
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote a healthy, inclusive environment for all students
• Maintain accurate health records, care plans, and reports in compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Serve as a trusted resource for students, families, and school personnel regarding health concerns
• Participate in IEP or care team meetings, contributing to tailored health plans
