Ideal Qualifications and Experience:

• Active RN license in Minnesota
• Pediatric nursing experience, especially in school or educational settings
• Prior background in 1:1 care for children with both routine and complex medical needs
• Familiarity with care protocols for students in various grades, including elementary and high school
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, school staff, and families
• Compassionate, patient approach and keen attention to detail

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, individualized medical care to assigned students throughout the day
• Administer medications, monitor medical equipment, and respond promptly to health emergencies
• Provide medical support during classroom activities, school transitions, and transportation on/off campus
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records for assigned student(s)
• Engage with teachers and school personnel to ensure continuity of care and student safety
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding health concerns or updates
