Key Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license required
• Previous experience delivering 1:1 care, preferably in school or pediatric settings
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school staff
• Compassionate, patient approach tailored to individual student needs
• Current CPR/BLS certification

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care and support to a specific student throughout the school day
• Administer medications, monitor health status, and respond promptly to medical needs according to care plan
• Maintain accurate health records and daily documentation
• Communicate regularly with family, educational staff, and other health professionals
