A full-time registered nurse (RN) role is available to provide school nursing services onsite in Cambridge, MA. This contract position runs from ASAP through June 18, 2026, supporting PreK-8 grade levels across several campuses within the district. The nurse will be required to commute between different school sites during the workweek.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care and health services to students in a school environment
  • Manage and maintain health records and documentation for student care
  • Provide health screenings, administer medications, and handle illness or injury on-site
  • Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to support student health and safety
  • Comply with all health regulations and school policies

Qualifications:

  • Valid Massachusetts RN or LPN license required
  • Experience in school nursing or pediatric nursing preferred
  • Ability to navigate and provide care across multiple school locations
  • Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and a CORI background check
  • Reliable transportation for onsite travel to different campuses
  • Comfortable with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week from 8 AM to 4 PM

  • Position is fully onsite and requires physical presence at school sites
