A school-based registered nurse is needed to provide dedicated, one-on-one pediatric care for students across multiple grade levels, from 1st through 10th grade. This contract position is located in Cambridge, MA, and offers a dynamic school environment focused on delivering personalized health support to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized nursing care to students requiring 1:1 support
  • Administer medications, perform health assessments, and manage care plans
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to ensure students’ health needs are met
  • Respond promptly to health emergencies within the school setting
  • Maintain accurate and confidential health records for students

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with pediatric care experience
  • Proven ability to provide 1:1 nursing support to school-aged children
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with health protocols and procedures in educational settings
  • Experience working with a broad range of grade levels, from elementary (1st-5th) to high school (9th and 10th grades)
