What You'll Bring:

• Active RN license (required)
• Previous experience with 1:1 care, particularly with pediatric or school-age children, is highly desirable
• Demonstrated proficiency in assessment, medication administration, and documentation
• Ability to respond with calm professionalism in emergencies
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver constant 1:1 nursing care to assigned student throughout the school day
• Monitor and manage the student’s specific health needs, including medication administration and health procedures as prescribed
• Coordinate care between school personnel, healthcare providers, and the student’s family
• Maintain clear, thorough documentation of care provided and any incidents
• Advocate for the student’s wellbeing and safety in the academic environment
• Participate in developing and updating individualized healthcare plans
