Requirements and Experience:

• Active and unrestricted RN license required
• Experience in 1:1 care, preferably within a school or pediatric setting
• Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills

• Comfortable documenting care activities and collaborating with school staff and families
• CPR/BLS certification is preferred

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive, individualized nursing care to a specific student throughout the school day
• Monitor the student’s health status and manage chronic conditions or medical needs as required
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions according to care plans
• Support student participation in classroom activities while ensuring safety and well-being
• Act as a key liaison between school staff, healthcare providers, and the student’s family
• Maintain clear and timely documentation of care provided and any changes observed
