We're seeking a detail-oriented and committed nurse who values connection with their student and the partnership with educators. This position allows you to use your clinical expertise in a fulfilling, non-traditional nursing environment.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license in Illinois
• Previous experience providing 1:1 care strongly preferred
• Familiarity with pediatric populations and school health protocols is a plus
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent communication skills and reliability

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct 1:1 nursing care and support to a designated student
• Monitor and manage health needs as outlined in the student’s care plan
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Document all provided care and facilitate communication between school staff, family, and healthcare providers
• Respond to medical emergencies and ensure safety at all times
• Advocate for the student’s health needs within the educational setting
