Key Requirements:

• Current, active RN license
• Experience with school-aged children (preferred)
• Proficient in caring for ventilator and G-tube dependent students
• Ability to monitor/manage skin integrity and fragile bones
• Commitment to student safety and well-being
• Willingness to ride the bus daily and provide care throughout the school day
• Comfortable with assistive communication devices (e.g., iPad)
• Compassion, adaptability, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care on the bus and throughout the school day
• Administer medications, manage G-tube feedings, and monitor ventilator support
• Care for skin issues and fragile bones with expert attention
• Partner with educators, therapy staff, and family to achieve student health goals
• Encourage safe peer and academic participation
• Document care and communicate updates as needed
