School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) | Covington, Georgia

The assignment runs through May 2026, with a weekday schedule that can fluctuate based on the student’s attendance. What we’re seeking:

• Current, active RN license for the state of Georgia (required)
• Previous experience in school nursing or as an RN in pediatric or school settings
• Strong clinical judgment with the flexibility to respond to changing student needs
• Comfort with 1:1 assignments for students who have significant medical needs
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and collaborative communication skills

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering hands-on medical care for one medically fragile student throughout the school day
• Monitoring health status, administering prescribed treatments, medications, and related procedures
• Responding promptly and effectively to health concerns or emergencies
• Working collaboratively with educational teams, family, and healthcare providers to support the student’s individualized care plan
• Documenting health care provided, following school and nursing protocols
