Registered Nurse School Setting - Dearborn, MI

Key Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license in Michigan
• Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations highly preferred

• Ability to maintain accurate health records and respect for confidentiality
• Compassion for students' diverse backgrounds and healthcare needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily health assessments and provide direct care for students and staff as needed
• Administer medications per physician orders and maintain documentation
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate with parents, school personnel, and community resources
• Maintain health office supplies and ensure all equipment functions properly
• Educate students and staff on health and wellness topics
• Participate in developing safety protocols and individualized healthcare plans
• Gather and report essential health details for school records and compliance requirements
• Facilitate special tasks as requested, such as sending presents on behalf of the school to Marcus and Clara
