3rd Grade 1:1 Pediatric Registered Nurse School Setting - Dedham, MA

You'll have the unique chance to work one-on-one with students in both elementary (1st–5th) and high school (9th–10th grades), supporting their health needs directly in the school environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based nursing, particularly in 1:1 care settings
• Demonstrated ability to care for students across various developmental stages
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, educators, and families
• Ability to adapt care plans and interventions to individual student needs
• Dedication to safety, confidentiality, and best nursing practices

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, health monitoring, and interventions as prescribed
• Support a seamless learning experience by managing health needs in classroom and other school settings
• Serve as an advocate for student health, offering education and guidance to promote well-being
• Document care provided and communicate regularly with families and school staff
• Respond effectively in health emergencies, following appropriate protocols
• Serve students in grades 1–5 and 9–10, offering 1:1 assistance as needed
