School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) - Derry, New Hampshire

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire (or ability to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school setting as a School RN highly preferred
• Excellent clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to provide care to children in an elementary school environment
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Organized, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to students with acute and chronic health conditions
• Administer medications and first aid as needed
• Maintain accurate health records and document care provided
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to address health concerns and promote student wellness
• Offer health education and guidance to students and staff
• Respond to health emergencies promptly and effectively
