Key Qualifications:
• Valid RN or LPN license (LPNs must have ventilator experience)
• Current certification suitable for school settings
• Experience working with high school-aged students preferred
• Skilled in providing 1:1 care, especially with medically fragile individuals
• Compassionate, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with students, families, and staff
• Comfortable and confident assisting with bus transport requirements

Role Responsibilities:
• Deliver attentive, individualized nursing support to a high school student, including all required medical interventions
• Accompany the student to and from school on the bus each day, monitoring and maintaining health and safety
• Collaborate with educators and the student’s family to ensure seamless care and participation in school activities
• Maintain accurate health records and respond calmly to any urgent health needs
• Foster an encouraging environment that empowers the student to thrive academically and socially
