A contract Summer Nurse position is available for a high school setting in Elgin, IL, supporting the Extended School Year (ESY) program. This role requires a Registered Nurse (RN) with certification as a School Nurse (Certified School Nurse - CSN) to provide nursing care and health services to students during the ESY session.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Certification as a School Nurse (CSN) preferred
• Experience in school nursing or pediatric care
• Ability to work effectively within a school environment, primarily serving high school students

Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care and medication as directed by health plans and physician orders
• Monitor and manage student health needs during the summer program
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation
