In this vital role, you’ll ensure the safety, health, and daily comfort of a preschool student, working closely with educational staff and families to foster an inclusive learning atmosphere.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver individualized nursing care to a preschool-aged student throughout each school day
• Monitor, assess, and respond to the student’s ongoing health needs in alignment with established care plans
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments with attention to detail and compassion
• Communicate and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to promote the student’s well-being
• Diligently maintain thorough documentation of nursing interventions, health status updates, and communication
• Champion a safe, accessible, and nurturing environment for learning and development

What we’re looking for:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
• Previous experience in pediatric or school nursing preferred
• Background providing 1:1 care is highly regarded
• Effective communicator who collaborates seamlessly with others
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a preschool educational setting
