Core responsibilities include:

• Providing direct care, first aid, and medication administration for students

• Supporting the creation and implementation of Individualized Health Plans (IHPs)
• Educating students and staff about health, wellness, and infection prevention
• Maintaining accurate and confidential health records in compliance with policies and regulations
• Collaborating closely with school staff and community providers to foster wellness
