Qualifications & Experience:

• Current RN license, with LSN or CSN certification required
• Experience working within K-12 school settings strongly preferred
• Thorough knowledge of school health procedures and protocols
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• CPR and First Aid certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide routine and emergency care to students and staff in a school setting
• Conduct health screenings, manage chronic health conditions, and administer medications in accordance with physician orders
• Develop individualized health care plans for students as needed
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation following district guidelines
• Serve as a resource for health education and promote healthy practices throughout the school community
• Communicate effectively with families, educators, and other health professionals to support student needs
