Key Qualifications

• Active NY State LPN or RN license required
• Experience with medically fragile pediatric populations preferred
• Ability to administer tube feedings, medication, and support complex health needs
• Comfortable working 1:1 with students or as a program nurse in special education classrooms
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and communication skills

Core Responsibilities

• LPNs: Provide 1:1 care for medically fragile students, including tube feedings and medication administration
• RNs/LPNs: Serve as Program Nurse in multi-disabled classrooms, administering medication, nebulizer treatments, and tube feedings
• Document care provided and communicate with school staff and families
• Uphold infection control standards and maintain a safe, supportive environment
