Registered Nurse School Setting - Evans, GA

This contract opportunity is ideal for a skilled Registered Nurse seeking an onsite, full-time role, where your expertise will directly impact the health and well-being of a small, focused caseload.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Deliver hands-on nursing care for students with critical or medically fragile conditions.
• Administer G-tube feedings and provide care for trach-dependent students, including regular suctioning.
• Monitor for seizure and epilepsy activity and respond in accordance with students’ individualized medical protocols.
• Dispense daily medications and provide administration as directed by medical orders.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and any incidents.
• Serve as a health resource for students, staff, and families, helping to foster a safe, inclusive school environment.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans.
• Support overall student well-being and act as a clinical liaison within the school community.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Active Georgia RN license required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based nursing is an advantage.
• Proficiency in working with medically fragile students, including G-tube feedings and trach care.
• Experience with seizure/epilepsy management highly valued.
• Commitment to full-time, onsite work for the duration of the contract.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
