• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana (or eligibility for licensure)
• Prior nursing experience in pediatric, school, or community health settings preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Solid organizational, communication, and assessment skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate nursing services, including medication administration, first aid, and care for acute or chronic conditions
• Conduct routine health screenings and maintain accurate health records for students
• Educate students and staff on wellness topics, chronic illness management, and infection control
• Serve as a liaison between families, educators, and outside medical providers to coordinate appropriate care plans
• Provide crisis intervention and support during health emergencies on campus
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with federal, state, and school health regulations
