What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• Prior experience in school settings or pediatric care
• Ability to float between multiple locations within the district as needed
• Comfortable providing both building-based health services and 1:1 student support
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt quickly to changing daily needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with building-level nursing coverage—administering medication, triaging illness/injury, and responding to emergencies
• Step into 1:1 care roles as needed, supporting students with individualized health needs
• Collaborate with other school nurses and support staff to ensure continuity of care
• Document health assessments, interventions, and communication as required by school policy
• Provide health education and promote a safe, supportive environment for all students
