Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active RN license in Washington (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• Previous experience in a pediatric, school, or community-based nursing setting preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively to medical emergencies
• Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team
• CPR and First Aid certification required

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer direct nursing care and manage chronic and acute health conditions for students
• Conduct health screenings and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations
• Educate students, families, and staff regarding health and wellness topics as needed
• Collaborate with educators and parents to develop and implement health care plans
• Provide emergency care and medication administration per protocol
• Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or 504 meetings, as necessary
