School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) - Framingham, Massachusetts

What You Bring:

• Active RN or LPN license in Massachusetts
• Proven experience in school-based settings
• Proficiency in tracheostomy/ventilator care
• Ability to support ambulatory, energetic young children
• Willingness to travel with the student via van before and after school
• Completion of CORI and fingerprinting requirements
• Reliable presence onsite for all scheduled shifts
• CNA and medical assistant credentials are not suitable for this role

Core Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety of the student with tracheostomy needs during van transport to and from pre-school
• Monitor the child's respiratory status and intervene according to clinical best practices
• Collaborate with school staff to develop and maintain a safe, engaging environment for the student
• Respond promptly and effectively to medical needs and emergencies onsite
• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of care
