Your nursing knowledge will be instrumental in providing vital care and advocating for the needs of students. From routine health assessments to managing individualized care plans, your contributions will be central to ensuring every child’s school experience is as safe and healthy as possible.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Previous experience in pediatrics or school nursing preferred
• Skills in tube-feeding, catheter care, and diabetic management essential
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and staff
• Calm demeanor with a passion for supporting children’s health

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day medical care, administer medications, and attend to unexpected health needs
• Oversee care routines for students requiring tube feeding, catheterization, or diabetic monitoring
• Maintain thorough health records and documentation in line with regulatory standards
• Educate students and staff about wellness, safety, and preventive care
• Respond quickly and efficiently to health emergencies
