Registered Nurse School Setting - Frankfort, IN

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Indiana
• Previous experience as a school nurse or working with children strongly preferred
• Ability to provide 1:1 care, administer medications, and perform required nursing procedures
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Demonstrated ability to document care clearly and maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to the assigned student, including medication administration and daily health monitoring
• Develop and implement individual healthcare plans in coordination with educational and medical teams
• Respond promptly to student health needs and emergencies
• Educate and support the student regarding their health, wellness, and safety
• Maintain accurate health records and relevant documentation in accordance with school policies and legal requirements
• Collaborate with families and teachers to ensure comprehensive support for the student during school hours
