Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering individualized nursing care to one preschool student during school hours
• Closely monitoring the student’s health status and responding proactively to changing needs
• Following prescribed care plans, administering necessary medications and interventions
• Building positive, collaborative relationships with teachers, staff, and family members
• Maintaining timely and thorough records of health services, observations, and updates
• Promoting a safe, nurturing classroom environment that enables learning

Desired qualifications:

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
• Prior 1:1 care experience is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the flexibility to thrive in a preschool setting
