• Previous school nursing or pediatric experience preferred

• Excellent communication skills to serve as a liaison among healthcare providers, faculty, families, and community partners
• Knowledge of child protection laws, NH State immunization requirements, and confidentiality regulations

• Organizing, administering, and managing comprehensive school health services
• Conducting health assessments and implementing individualized health care plans
• Promoting health education, wellness, and disease prevention for students and staff
• Providing direct and indirect care in compliance with district policies and physician orders
• Ensuring accurate health records, managing accident reporting, and maintaining compliance with state and district regulations
• Facilitating screenings, physical exams, immunization programs, and emergency response plans
• Participating in the development of IEPs and student safety initiatives
• Delivering in-service health education and staff training
• Acting as a resource for classroom health education and supporting ongoing professional development
