School Registered Nurse | Granger, Indiana

Are you a licensed RN with a passion for supporting student health and wellness? An exciting contract opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as a school nurse in a vibrant educational setting near Granger, Indiana.

This position is a full-time role, working Monday through Friday for a total of 37 hours per week. You'll provide essential nursing care and contribute to the overall well-being of students in a dynamic school environment. Caseload details will be provided soon, and you’ll work alongside dedicated education professionals to ensure every student receives the care they need.

Key Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Indiana
• Experience with school nursing or pediatric care preferred
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Ability to respond effectively to a wide range of student health needs
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver general nursing duties throughout the school day
• Provide first aid and emergency care as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families regarding student health plans
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with school policies
• Promote health, wellness, and safety initiatives within the school community
