Primary responsibilities include:

• Delivering daily nursing care, first aid, and health interventions for students
• Developing and implementing individualized health plans (IHPs) and emergency protocols
• Conducting health screenings and maintaining accurate, confidential medical records
• Educating students, staff, and families on health topics as needed
• Responding to urgent medical situations and coordinating care
• Supporting compliance with state and federal health regulations within the school environment
