All students range from ages 3 to 15 and are wheelchair-bound, requiring a compassionate and skilled nurse to ensure their safety, comfort, and ability to access learning.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license required
• Previous experience in school settings or pediatric care preferred
• Ventilator management skills essential
• Skilled in providing individualized 1:1 and group care
• Experience supporting children with multiple medical and mobility needs
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Calm, attentive demeanor for maintaining excellent standards of care

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to students, emphasizing safety and wellbeing in the classroom
• Provide ventilator care and other specialized medical interventions as needed
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to address each student's health plan
• Monitor, document, and respond swiftly to changing medical needs
• Support students in daily activities, including feeds, mobility, and hygiene
