Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Active and unencumbered RN or LPN/LVN license in the state of Ohio
• Recent experience in pediatric care, school nursing, or with medically fragile children preferred
• Competency in NG tube feeding, medication administration, and suctioning, with a commitment to following physician and district protocols
• Able to effectively communicate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support integrated care
• CPR certification and up-to-date immunizations are required
• Reliable transportation, as bus ride accompaniment with the student is part of the daily responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 nursing support to an elementary student throughout the school day and during transit to and from school
• Administer NG tube feedings, manage medications, and perform suctioning as necessary
• Monitor and document the student’s health status, promptly addressing changes or emergencies
