School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) - Grovetown, Georgia

This full-time, contract opportunity is ideal for a compassionate RN ready to support students onsite throughout the school day, working closely with educators, families, and medical professionals to deliver exceptional healthcare services and ensure student well-being.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Current, active Georgia RN license
• CPR/BLS certification
• Previous school-based or pediatric nursing experience preferred
• Skilled in supporting students with critical and medically fragile conditions
• Proficiency with G-tube feedings, trach care, and suctioning an advantage
• Familiarity with seizure/epilepsy management preferred
• Available full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:10 AM to 4:10 PM
• Ability to maintain meticulous documentation and communication with multidisciplinary teams
• Compassion, adaptability, and strong advocacy for student safety

Your Role Will Include:

• Delivering individualized nursing care to a small caseload of 5–10 students
• Administering medications and performing clinical interventions according to physician directives
• Supporting students requiring G-tube feeds, trach management, suctioning, seizure monitoring, and more
• Collaborating with school staff, families, and external healthcare providers to coordinate holistic care
• Responding promptly to medical emergencies with sound judgement
• Promoting a safe, healthy environment for students to learn and thrive
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all care provided
