Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Active RN licensure in Illinois
- Experience working with children or in schools, especially with special education populations
- Solid clinical skills in medication administration, emergency care, and individualized health planning
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues
- Flexibility, compassion, and strong organizational abilities
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing services to students, both routine and emergency care as needed
- Collaborate with educators and support staff on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Support students with health plans, medication needs, and chronic conditions
- Maintain accurate medical records and reporting in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Promote a safe, healthy, and inclusive school environment
