Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana
• Prior school nursing or pediatric experience preferred
• Knowledge of school nursing practices and protocols
• Strong communication skills for interacting with students, families, and staff
• Ability to manage multiple health needs and respond to emergencies with confidence
• Commitment to confidentiality, empathy, and professionalism

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver daily direct care to students, managing acute and chronic health concerns
• Administer medications and perform health screenings as needed
• Collaborate with school administration, educators, and parents to address student health issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records for approximately 100 students
• Provide first aid and emergency care, creating a safe space for students
• Implement health and wellness initiatives within the school community
