Qualifications:

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric healthcare setting preferred

• Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergencies
• Demonstrated professionalism, punctuality, and reliability

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care for students with chronic conditions, health plans, or acute illness/injury
• Administer medications, perform first aid, and support health needs per physician orders
• Monitor student health, maintain accurate records, and uphold confidentiality
• Educate students and staff on health practices and wellness initiatives
• Collaborate with school faculty and parents to ensure student well-being
