School Registered Nurse | Haverhill, Massachusetts

Step into a meaningful role supporting young students as a Campus Nurse for PreK through 2nd grade at a vibrant educational community near Haverhill, MA. This full-time, contract position runs from August 17, 2026, to June 18, 2027, offering you the chance to provide critical care and foster wellness among young learners. You’ll be at the heart of the school community, working onsite from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Massachusetts LPN or RN license required
• School-based nursing experience is a must
• Ability to complete fingerprinting and CORI background checks
• Professionalism and reliability, including reliable transportation
• Comfortable working exclusively onsite
• Experience or strong interest in supporting PreK-2nd grade students
• Willingness and ability to adhere to a set weekly schedule with no accommodations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care, medical support, and health education to students in PreK through 2nd grades
• Respond to daily health-related incidents, administer medications, and coordinate care for chronic conditions
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation in line with school protocols and regulations
• Act as a resource for students, staff, and families regarding student wellness
• Serve as a liaison between school, families, healthcare professionals, and community resources
• Participate in health screenings and contribute to IEP or 504 meetings as needed
