Key Qualifications:

• Active RN, LPN, or LVN license in Massachusetts
• Previous experience as a school nurse or working with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong assessment, triage, and communication skills
• Ability to manage confidential records with professionalism and care
• CPR certification (current)
• Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in a dynamic educational setting

Position Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and emergency nursing care to students and staff
• Administer medications, perform health screenings, and manage chronic conditions
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and allied health professionals regarding students’ health needs and accommodations
• Maintain accurate, timely health records and documentation in compliance with state and school guidelines
• Implement individualized health care plans and participate in IEP/504 meetings as needed
• Promote wellness initiatives, illness prevention, and health education within the school community
