Registered Nurse School Setting in Hesperia, CA

A Registered Nurse (RN) is needed to support K-12 students in a full-time, contract role based in Oro Grande, CA. This position plays a vital role in ensuring students' health and well-being while facilitating in-classroom support for students receiving virtual therapy services. The ideal candidate is an experienced, credentialed RN ready to start ASAP with a contract duration through the end of the school year, with possible extension into summer school and a strong likelihood of renewal.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing onsite nursing support to students during school hours (37.5 hours per week)
• Monitoring student health and responding promptly to medical needs
• Collaborating with virtual therapy providers to support students receiving remote services
• Managing health records and case information accurately, ensuring compliance with school health policies
• Assisting with case management and communication between healthcare providers, school staff, and families

Preferred qualifications and experience:

• Valid RN license with a preference for candidates who are already credentialed in school nursing
• Experience in school nursing or case management within an educational setting
• Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with virtual therapy teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage diverse student health cases
