Registered Nurse School Setting - Hillsborough, NH

A school nursing professional (LPN/LVN or RN) is needed to provide one-on-one substitute nursing care at a middle school in Hillsborough, NH. This is a contracted position for the current school year, working directly with a student requiring specialized healthcare support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 nursing care for a student as assigned
• Monitor residuals and administer bolus feedings via pump and G-tube
• Monitor heart rate and oxygen saturation levels as necessary
• Perform oral and nasal suctioning as well as wound care for mouth injuries
• Ensure student safety and well-being throughout the school day

Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure
• Experience working in school or pediatric healthcare settings preferred
• Ability to administer G-tube feedings and perform suctioning
• Strong observational and communication skills for monitoring student health needs

  • March 16 (7:00–8:30 AM, additional hours up to half day possible)
  • March 25, 26, 27 (7:00 AM–2:30 PM)
  • March 30, 31 (7:00 AM–2:30 PM)
  • May 6, 7 (7:00 AM–2:30 PM)
  • May 12, 13, 14 (7:00 AM–2:30 PM)
