School Registered Nurse (RN) in Hudson, NH

Position Details:

• Contract runs from August 24, 2026, to June 17, 2027
• Full-time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Onsite role within a middle school setting

What We're Looking For:

• Current RN licensure in New Hampshire
• Licensed as a school nurse through the Department of Education
• Experience or strong interest in school-based nursing
• Expertise in student health assessment, emergency care, and care coordination
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and healthy school environment
• Must be able to provide proof of present credentials when requested
• Successful completion of district-required fingerprinting process

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver general nursing care and first aid to students and staff
• Manage chronic condition care and administer medications as needed
• Maintain accurate health records and uphold student confidentiality
• Partner with teachers, counselors, and families to support student well-being
• Respond calmly and professionally to health emergencies
